Terms & Conditions of the prize game

1) Definitions

These terms and conditions apply to on-site activations scheduled from December 13th, 2024, to December 15th, 2024, at Women's EHF EURO 2024. The activation is organized by Artu d.o.o., located at Tivolska cesta 38, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia (referred to as "the Organiser"), on behalf of Hisense Gorenje Europe d.o.o., Hrvaška 4, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia (referred to as "the Company").

2) Data Collection and use:

By participating and based on your consent you may agree to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data and video content generated during the activation for promotional purposes. This includes personal information necessary for game registration. You may also agree that the Organiser and the Company may use and publish videos featuring you on their official social media channels and other internet platforms.

3) Receiving Notifications About Promotions:

You may agree to receive notifications about promotions and participation in campaigns from Hisense Gorenje Europe d.o.o. and ConnectLife, LLC. You are fully aware of the purpose of processing your personal data, as outlined in the Data Protection Policy of the Company. The data controllers for your personal data are companies Hisense Gorenje Europe d.o.o. and ConnectLife, LLC.

4) Data Protection Policy:

The data controller for your personal data are companies Hisense Gorenje Europe d.o.o. and ConnectLife, LLC, and the data processor is the Organiser. You may withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the link in each notification or contacting privacy@connectlife.io.

5) How to play:

Participants must register by scanning QR code at the venue. After they recieve the QR code by email they can take a turn to spin the wheel. The wheel will stop on a segment that determines the outcome of the spin.
Some segments on the wheel represent prizes. If the wheel stops on one of these segments, the participant wins the corresponding prize.
Other segments indicate "Better Luck Next Time." If the wheel stops on one of these, the participant does not win a prize.

6) Prizes:

The following prizes are available for participants who successfully finish the game:
a) Hoodie
b) Pizza Kitchen Towel
c) Bag


Prizes are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value if necessary.

7) Participation at Your Own Responsibility:

Your participation in the on-site promotional activation during Women's EHF EURO 2024 is entirely voluntary and at your own risk. During the activation, you agree to follow the instructions provided by the Organiser's representative, as failure to comply may result in rejection of your participation. The Organiser and the Company disclaim any responsibility for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during the activation and deny any legal consequences and claims arising from the same.
